Questions
Asked before almost every case.
Which visa do I need?
It depends on why you are coming and how long you want to stay. The reference on this page is a starting point; after a short conversation your agent names the route and what it will take.
Can we start while I am still abroad?
Yes. Visas issued online are applied for before you fly, and we can start the moment you have a passport scan.
My permit expires soon. Is it too late?
An extension has to be filed before the current permit runs out, and the office counts working days, not calendar days. Write today rather than at the weekend. If the date has already passed, say so plainly — there is a procedure for that too.
Do you need my passport?
Most of the work runs on scans. Some permits need you in person for biometrics or a signature; your agent gives you that date in advance, not the night before.
How do I know something is happening?
The case page shows the current status and the day it changed. If the case has not moved, your agent tells you why.
Tell us your situation. We will tell you the route.
Creating an account takes a minute and commits you to nothing. It opens a case file where you and your agent can actually work.
